I had several issues with this agency. The flat was not in good condition, and for most issues it had they took very long to fix. I also think its sketchy that their letting agent say she doesnt get her commission if we dont leave a positive review of the agency (even though she is a totally fine letting agent) of which I think the goal is to drown out negative reviews like these with positive ones left within a couple weeks of moving into the flat (like the one I left two weeks in). I could just have high expectations for a renter of a cheap shared flat maybe, but I was quite disappointed when it took six weeks of me living here and complaining regularly to having the bathroom vents fixed, bathroom mould cleaned (they sent mould spray but havent sent someone to clean it after eight weeks of me complaining), and the leaky water heater is still not fixed. It also bothered me how they wouldnt allow me to install a lock on my room door when I had a flat mate who never locked the front door.
