Very unprofessional and money hungry. There only goal is to earn as much money from clients and have misguided and misquoted legal guidelines in order to manipulate cost.

I paid 330 for a review of documents and discuss legal options going forward. The solicitor was unprepared for the meeting, which I discovered when I spoke to her about some detail in the documents, which she admitted she had not read at all, only the court order, stating there was 'a lot to read for an initial consultation'. Stunned by the lack of professionalism for a firm that would charge such a sum. They have agreed to send me a refund. Use at your own risk.

A fraudulent company with inexperienced solicitors who exploit clients and treat them like cash cows. They make a lot of administrative mistakes, do not provide sound legal advice and act as if they are only filling out a form. Their website client testimonials are clearly manufactured by them. They also lack transparency in their costs and find every opportunity to charge a fee.

Cowboy solicitors firm! They are in for your money only and not looking out for the best interest of families and young vulnerable children. Took 14k and we havent even gone into courts. Jennifer crosswaithe was my solicitor and she wasted my time asking me to repeat the qs I had already answered! Wrote out a form E and put my ex partner as the applicant. You dont need a degree to know that Im the one making the application hence Im the applicant. Also tried to engage in work which I had shut down but she kept persuing it. It felt as though she was representing my ex partner. Ruined my case and ruined my childrens future. This firm needs to be shut down. They did not even give me compensation for the stress they put me under nor did they give me a refund for the time theyve wasted. DO NOT GO TO THEM AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM JENNIFER CROSSWAITHE
