I attended a virtual webinar that Julian put on for the Bar Council. I then emailed him asking a couple of questions and instead of just replying via email, Julian took the time to call me during the week and spent a good 45 minutes explaining various options and giving me some free guidance. This is despite knowing from the nature of the questions that I was not going to be a client anytime soon. A very genuine and professional outfit.
