I feel compelled to write a review here and would ordinarily never take time out to do so, especially for an Exec Recruitment service. Over the past 12mths, I have made a number of valuable senior acquisitions to my team via Jarvis King and the journey has been nothing short of astonishing. These people categorically know about business, the challenges, the opportunities and the risks. They are much more than just recruitment experts. Their strategy is unique, questioning is intelligible, comprehension of our business is first class. We have spent many years back and forth with various exec search and recruitment businesses, and I am finally delighted to say that we have found a partner in Jarvis King worth its weight and gold. Ive had a wonderful experience lately doing an Executive Search with Jarvis King. I was treated as an individual, communication was professional, rapid, honest but diplomatic. I know as a recruitment agency, there must be lots of candidates coming through on a daily basis, but I felt that my interactions were tailored with lots of helpful advice given, and feedback. Would recommend.
