        This was the first occasion that my wife and I had littigated anybody, but we were incensed at the condition of a pavement which caused my wife to fall / have a serious accident.         I opted to open a dental negligence claim with them on the understanding that things would be dealt with promptly. This has not been the case, over 18 months an counting now, and still ongoing. They fail to call you unless they are chased, recently informed the person dealing with my case has left the company and not heard from the new case handler since? Its shocking really how poor this has been as a service and I only realised this once I began typing this review.
