AVOID - Unfortunately Mark Golstein is useless. He has no people skills to talk to anyone, His knowledge in law is also questionable. The receptionist was very polite and helpful however its a shame the whole team weren't as polite or helpful. I am still waiting for a call back however Mark is responding via email. No intentions of answering or returning any calls. There's plenty of reputable law firms in the region. I would strongly recommend using an alternative before they cost you a lot of money and potentially a court case. AVOID.
