Simply the best! I was involved in a civil action and was overwhelmed and confused by the legal process and didnt know where to turn for help. A friend recommended Adam Tear, a solicitor at Scott-Moncrieff and associates Ltd, who had helped her enormously in the past. From the moment I contacted Adam everything became easier, clearer and straight-forward. I found him extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet easy to talk to, he took the worry out of the situation for me. He was always immediately available to answer any questions or concerns I had, to the extent that he even answered his phone to me while walking his dog to discuss my case! He always answered emails straight away and kept me up to date on the progress of my case. When dealing with other parties Adam was persistent and relentless, never taking no for an answer. I trusted him to always do the best on my behalf. Quite simply if I hadn't had Adam help me navigate the legal process and administrative procedure things could have ended very badly for me. Adam did an outstanding job on my behalf and I can't recommend him highly enough. I'm so grateful for his help. If you find yourself in a similar situation, there is nobody better for the job.

Jonathan has been excellent for us on multiple transactions of different types. He is always available, helpful and professional and can be fully relied on. Compared to other solicitors who can really hinder a transaction with how slow they are, always found Jonathan to be quick at sorting things. Highly recommend.
