Same day appointments are generally available and the staff is very nice. I've seen three different doctors here. Two were really great, but one definitely needs to work on his "bedside manner" - I found him very rude and patronizing. All in all, would recommend!

Incompetence to the point of medical negligence. This clinic completely messed up my partner's antiobiotics Rx. This put her at high risk of exacerbating her infection. It took 6 phone calls and a 1-hour trek to the office to stand in front of reception to prove their error. The clinic then made us wait an additional 30 minutes before admitting their error and realising the danger they've put my partner in. We then gave Roodlane specific feedback to improve their Rx communications with the pharmacist. And all they said "sorry, that's the template". We then went to pharmacy to collect the new Rx. The pharmacist was about to Rx the same WRONG number of antiobiotics (due to poor instruction from Roodlane) before we intervened and made pharmacist call Roodlane directly. Even after all this, there is still no effort by Roodlane to change their customer journey, their Rx template, or even admit they are breaching obligations to provide patients best care. Last but not least, there is no customer escalation points. It's a shame as the great medical professionals (e.g. the GP, the Osteopath, etc.) who work at this facility do not deserve this score at all. Yet the administrative services and processes that represent Roodlane need to be improved asap.
