        What a gem. I stumbled upon Black Parrot by searching where to have cocktails around Black Friars, and it ended up being the favourite bar in London. If I have guests visiting London, I make sure we come by for a drink or two. Last weekend we tried a rum masterclass. It was a greatly informative and entertaining experience. How else could it be when the bar is run by a true character?

        We were lucky enough to be brought a Rum experience at the Black Parrot as a thank you. Well we didnt know what to expect, but I would really recommend it, a great way to spend a couple of hours. The venue is very personal, it has lots of character, along with the owner! It was a night of discovery & we had a great time. The welcome cocktail was great, and there was a very good selection of Rums to taste and lots of interesting information in between each tot.         Went for the Rum master class and surpass my expectations! Fantastic experience, learned a lot with Brady knowledge in a relaxed environment and engaged my palate with a variety of rums from all over the world! The bar is a really gem per se with the biggest rum variety I ever seen! Definitely want to come back! Thanks Brady!
