In a panic I searched for somewhere to get a shave and my beard shaped up.
After reading the reviews, I decided to book. For context, I generally don't go to barbers as I have very sensitive skin and tend to break out on my head when going to barbershops.
I was more than happy with Parlous. Rico took the time to ask questions about what I want, incorporated my feedback, provided insights about how to care for my sensitive skin and even sold me a Turkish product that has worked wonders.
My first experience was so great, I booked again prior to leaving London. Rico suggested The Last Prayer, which was great and well worth it.
All of the staff provided outstanding service, incredible insights, took their time and made me feel welcome. Anytime I'm in London I plan to book with Parlous.
