I had a month of wasting time. Waiting continuously for quote and date from Darren. I cannot comment on his work because he did not do it. However his communication was lacking. I would have appreciated if he honestly let me know that he could not undertake the work at the beginning instead of stringing me along. I had to ring him so many times that I became exhausted and gave up. What a disappointment. My wall and ceiling got wetter and wetter each day in my bedroom. Hope he communicates with his clients better in future.
