Called today to book a room and was greeted by an elderly man who was very ignorant and spoke down to as though I was a piece of dirt on his shoe. I immediately realised I had made a big mistake. I asked if I could book 2 rooms and what was the cancellation period. He replied in a near shouting tone, if you want cancellation you go to Booking. Com ,,and dont bother me and before I could explain that i needed them for four nights he replied in this wavering nasty loud shouting voice I have no time then put the phone down. . MY ADVICE IS BE AWARE OF THIS GREMLIN and keep away

We booked a room in your pub for 3 days and were very exited about our trip but wanted to be sure the was shampoo and towels as we never have stay over night in this kind of place before . We sent three messages but for two weeks we had no replies so we called them and the nan who answered on the phone was very cross with us as not happy about the questions we ask him, he was so rude, I couldnt believe he talked to us this way because we called him for some info. He put phone down but 2-3 minutes later he called me back and told me that our booking was canceled and we are not welcome to stay in his property.. we are struggling to get our money back as he again put phone down. Absolutely horrible experience we had with the owner of that property.
