    Ive done two 7 week courses now with Angela (currently 30 weeks pregnant) and its been brilliant. I cant rate Angela enough. It feels so good to move and stretch knowing what youre doing is safe in the pregnancy.

    Angelas Pilates classes have been brilliant. Its so nice to feel stronger and more prepared for Labour and birth. She is very knowledgeable and I feel safe in class that Im doing the right things for my body. Would highly recommend for pre natal classes and hope to do some post natal ones after baby come!

    I could not recommend Angela enough. I started going to her prenatal classes and they made such a difference to my pregnancy. She has also been amazing at helping me recover post-natally too. Angela is so attuned to your individual needs and genuinely cares about going that "extra mile" to help in whatever way she can. I can honestly say my pilates class is the highlight of my week at the moment. p

    I attended Angela's prenatal Pilates classes from the 18th week of my second pregnancy until the 40th and enjoyed every one. She is an excellent instructor, really motivating and also extremely personable. Thanks to Angela, I felt fit and strong throughout my pregnancy and only wish I had attended her classes when I was pregnant with my first baby. The difference was incredible! I am now attending her postnatal classes and will be recommending them to any local friends who become pregnant.
