Caprinos Pizza Carterton

I have a question, I don't know whether you've changed policies or management at Caprinos in Carterton, but on the last few occasions that I've placed orders with you, I haven't received what Ive ordered. Example: when I'm ordering a 15" pizza deep pan, you're sending me a thin crust with hardly any topping. I've given the benefit of the doubt on three separate occasions, and nothing has improved. I used to order from you all the time, but because of this, I won't be ordering from you anymore. I don't know what's happened to your business or Whether you're trying to lose loyal customers. I just thought I better bring this to your attention because it doesn't paint a good picture if people aren't getting what they've ordered. Kind regards Paul Feeney

After a few trial and errors at caprinos, Carterton first opening due to either food under/&/or over cooked, tough chicken, gloopy cookies, was our problem, and waiting 2 hours, they seem to of sorted out these issues. They made sure we were given fresh food. And any issues they have sorted out. There is a slight communication problem sometimes but they seem to be working on that. The churros are amazing. And the deals they do are by far the best for value. They have come along way since first opening and continue to improve.

Complete waste of time. Every time you order for collection they wait until you arrive to start cooking your order. Your order is never ready on time!!!
