I was new to the area and my glasses broke. Popped in and they repaired them quickly in-store - and didnt charge me. I booked my annual eye test with them, and have bought two new pairs of glasses. Their customer support is superb. Reception is friendly and welcoming, Hiten explained the eye test well and Ashley helped me through the selection of specs and styles. What I liked in particular is being given far more information than my previous optician. All in all a fantastic local optician. Top marks all round.

We've been using Michael Lowe & Partners for quite a few years now and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Deepak's eye examinations are second to none in detail, and the advice given is thorough and never rushed, with clear explanations and good advice. There are times when I could have been sold a new prescription and it's been made very clear that there is no practical need. Other opticians would be pushing for a sale. We both have complex eye requirements, so this is ideal. On the fitting side, Ashley in particular is simply the best and most knowledgeable person I've ever dealt with in 40 years of wearing glasses. Again, clear information, with transparent pricing, and excellent advice, never-rushed. Excellent after care. Good glasses can be expensive, especially if you have stringent requirements and demand quality (e.g. for very high mileage driving), but I feel I get every ounce of value from dealing with the team here.
