Specialist Xpress

I cannot recommend Specialist Xpress highly enough. They were so helpful in putting me in touch with a structuarl surveyor under a very tight timeline. The surveyor was equally helpful and visited the site and turned the report around really quickly. Many thanks to Sally for her help in making this all happen.

Very pleased with the service and the ease of being able to contact and talk to the company. the report was comprehensive and was a real aid in understanding what was going on with the drainage system.

I was very pleased with the service Specialist Xpress provided. I purchased a damp survey. Although I was initially disappointed with the report their partner company provided, Specialist Xpress dealt with my complaint promptly and thoroughly, arranging another visit by the surveyor which resolved all my concerns. I would thoroughly recommend Specialist Xpress and thank them for their excellent customer service.

Specialist Xpress maintained communications right from the start; updating us with the confirmed dates of surveys and the expected time to receive the reports (which always came in earlier than expected). They offered assistance and answered emails quickly - always helpful if you need the information in a hurry, or to ease any concerns you may have. Special thanks go to Patrick and Sally who helped us all the way through!
