I have been so impressed with the service provided by Connells from start to finish of my house sale. Alice was simply fantastic. I had a short deadline to sell my property, and before it had even gone onto right move they had found me viewings and within a week I had an offer! Since the offer, Alice has worked tirelessly to get the sale completed and has never once not returned an email or call- even when I was stressing! She has gone above and beyond, supporting me with solicitor issues and also liaising excellently with myself and the buyers. I could not fault the service provided to me and will use Connells and Alice again in the future. Thank you!

Connells recently acted as the Estate Agent for the sale of my property in Carterton. I cannot fault their enthusiasm and commitment to getting the sale over the line which became drawn out over a six month period, owing to some issues with Solicitors. Through this period Alice worked closely with me and the buyer, always polite and ready to go the extra mile, it was a real pleasure working with her. I highly recommend Connells Estate Agents.

I have been dealing with Connells for the sale and purchase of my properties - Ben Perrott has been overseeing the whole process and has been exceptional. Selling/buying is never easy but Ben has provided reassurance and updates throughout the entire process and has been very hands on and happy to answer the million and one questions which I threw his way. The whole team at Connell's have been wonderful and helpful but Ben certainly deserves recognition for his hard work!

As a first time buyer, there were many steps I required assistance with throughout the buying process. From initial enquiry through to completion, Alice, the Sales Negotiator, was available at any given moment. Any query I had, she was prompt to reply and kept me informed at every step. She was tenacious at chasing delays caused by the solicitors and helped move the purchase forward constantly. It has been a pleasure to have Alice dealing with my case. She was extremely proactive, personable and I felt as though there was a genuine care for myself, the client. There was never a hesitation to pick up the phone or send an email to discuss even the smallest of details, and to ensure I was kept informed throughout. I couldn't recommend Alice highly enough for her effort and determination to make the process of buying a property as smooth as possible.
