        The manager (Mary Green) is extremely RUDE and arrogant! They lost 140 of my money and would accept no responsibility for it!! However, another employee there (Debbie Southwood) was polite, friendly, apologetic and helpful. I have always used CO-OP Travel in the past BUT due to the reception that I recieved from the Manager (Mary Green), I will not be using them again in the future!! I WOULD ALSO ADVISE OTHERS TO STEER CLEAR IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR OWN MONEY AND BE SPOKEN TO WITH RESPECT!!!
