This firm is amazing. Very reasonably priced, and as well as installing an extension lead put right the small but annoying mistakes of a previous firm we'd used. One very satisfied customer.

Phoned Edwards and spoke to Mr Edwards. Asked if we would be in after 3 oclock. 2 people arrived, one went up into loft and fiddled with aerial, Mr Edwards looked at some gadget. Within no time picture 100 percent. Very reasonable price and one very happy satisfied customer.

Very disappointed. Called Mr Edwards on Friday and he said he would call back that evening after I told him I had no signals on my TVs. He didnt call. I texted him over the weekend to ask why he didnt get back to me and that I was going with another firm and he texted saying he had tried once and then forgot! This was a lie as I was in the house and the phone didnt ring + I have Sky call system that picks up all calls. The fact that he then forgot isnt very professional. Would not recommend.

Really good service. Our rooftop aerial snapped in two when we were self-isolating - J N Edwards came out swiftly and cracked on with the job (and sorted some broken tiles whilst up on the roof). Thank you.

John is excellent! I have called on him several times for various jobs and he always does a great job at a very good price. He is also very polite and tidy. If only all tradesmen were as professional and conscientious!
