Very disappointing customer service. Ordered our food at 4.30pm. The gentleman told us our order would arrive between 5.30 and 6pm and the driver would ring us on arrival at the Wysdom Touring site. The food hadn't arrived by 6.05pm so I rang back. The lady checked and said the driver was nearly there. He arrived at 6.25pm with lukewarm food and my partner checked the mobile and it was incorrect. The driver said he'd been trying to ring for a while. When I rang Bikash to complain the man said they had the wrong phone number... Not my fault they mixed up the orders. When I said we would have to now go into Burford to have a meal, he said the only way we could have a refund is to come back to pick the food up!! What a joke.. Other people will now have to wait for their food order while they pick up cold food. The delivery is by our motorhome for you to fetch... I doubt we'll get a refund but I'm certain we won't be ordering from Bilash again... Appalling customer service. The delivery driver couldn't be more apologetic... He realised he'd been given the wrong mobile number.

It's a shame after 30 years of ordering and being loyal customers that all of a sudden they can't deliver to us because they are too busy! ALI I'm sure it's not your fault but maybe think about your staff answering the phone. We will have to look elsewhere!

Was disappointed and felt ripped off, curry was in a rice box and absolutely tiny. Was starving after a curry which is the first time ever. A bit cheeky really.
