        After being a smoker for over 30 years and running out or things to try to help me quit my last ditch attempt was to use hypnotherapy. Well nearly a month after my first session with Alina I can still proudly say Im smoke free. Shes very supportive and good at what she does. Highly recommend anyone with the intention of wanting to quit to give it a go. I was a sceptic and now Im a NON smoker

        Highly recommend to anyone who wants to make changes in their life. I wanted to lose weight and gain confidence, Alina made me feel relaxed and secure. She shows great interest and care, and her communication is amazing. She kept checking in on me and gave me encouragement when it was needed. I lost over a stone in a month and desire to continue is amazing. Cannot thank Alina enough
