The Alto Energy engineer, Blake, carried out a service on our Air Source Heat Pump. I was very impressed with his knowledge and detailed attention to every aspect of the system. He readily answered questions and wasn't happy until I had no more questions to ask. I highly recommend Alto Energy and will certainly use them again.

I had high hopes as, initially, they talked the talk. However, after a submitting my drawings/data and a couple of chats with Tris, plus many ignored messages left on his answerphone and with customer services, despite assurances that he'd 'definitely get back to me later', he never did. No design, no quote'. I wasted a full month just waiting for the phone to ring or answer and got zippo. Eventually my wallet walked the walk to another installer. I'm happy ALTO that they are soooo busy, but if they didnt want the commission, at the very least they should have the courtesy and honesty to say so I could move on; not leave holding on. If you dont get a meaningful reply after a week......dont expect to hear back.

Absolutely Fantastic.From customer services to technical team. Talked us through issue, diagnosed problem, sent part, talked us through how to replace and re set, at no additional cost to the part we purchased. Highly, highly recommend. Congratulations on being a first class company- so impressed.

Updated my review. I used Alto at the recommendation of my builder. The heatpump was installed but post commissioning did not function as intended. After the first engineering visit the faults did not go away. A second visit had to be scheduled (3 weeks lead time) where a very thorough review showed a couple of critical installation errors which were not picked up during commissioning but were then rectified. The second lead engineer was very qualified and knew what he was talking about. Throughout this process there were lots of exchanges with Alto Energy and my builder which was at times very frustrating in terms of having to explain the issues. The heatpump is now operating as intended but has caused a number of months of very high run cost as a result. Alto has been apologetic about the experience and has indicated they are using this installation to determine where to improve their processes.

I wanted to write a brief message of thanks for the superb service we have received from your staff following a few issues with our heat pump. Our builder mistakenly cut through the wire for the outdoor sensor so the fault was all of our doing. On calling Alto several times over the last 2 weeks we have spoken to really knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful staff every single time. All have been a credit to the company and an example of what excellent customer service looks like. The replacement sensor was sent out next day and following a few more calls we are now back up and running with hot water and heating. A huge thank you from us for the exceptional service. We will be recommending you to everyone we speak to.
