Ive always left it too long between hair cuts and having my blonde highlights done. This was because I always found hair salons to be very intimidating. But this isnt the case at Lauras hair salon. Not only do they provide the best professional service and advice, along with the amazing goldwell product range, but they are just all so welcoming and friendly and I feel completely at ease to be able to ask questions and get great advice on styling my own hair. My hair is poker straight and Ive never been able to curl or style it at home on my own. Ive asked other hairdressers in the past but theyve never really bothered to help. Where as Lauras expert team actually taught me how to do it with hair straighteners, and now for the first time ever Im actually able to do a decent job of it on my own at home. Thanks to the friendly, professional care Ive received at Lauras beautiful salon I am now keeping up with regular cuts and colours and my hair is definitely thanking me for it! Laura and her team are not only friendly and welcoming but very professional and knowledgeable! The goldwell products they use are incredible and I was able to take away some shampoo and conditioner samples which Laura specifically chose for my hair and hair type! I go to Laura for my regular hair cut and blonde colour but she has also created amazing up dos for occasions I have been to where I had so many compliments. Laura is amazing. She combines professionalism with a genuine care for her client outcomes. As well as a regular cut, colour, highlights, and blow dry, Laura can be relied upon to work wonders to transform my hair for special events, such as a ball or special reception. For my daughters wedding, she styled the bride, bridesmaids, and me, with professionalism, an exceptional eye for detail, and kindness. Everyone in the salon is lovely, and each visit is a treat.
