These suppliers are crooks. They transfer your tariff without notification and put you on their most expensive tariff. Here is what they did. They did not notify me about my expiry on a fixed tariff. They just added me to their most expensive one. They took to much direct debit payments from my account and instead of giving back what they owed, they transferred my tariff so they would not have to give me back the over payments they had taken. in a word CROOKS.

Given them 5 stars as used them for my energy before the demise of Robin Hood. A great organisation still fighting fuel poverty in this country , but alas no longer able to supply gas or electricity.

Absolutely horrendous, only reachable by email, no phone service. Keep sending me the same bill I disputed due to new supplier giving wrong reading even though the said they would look into the dispute and get back to me. That never happened and instead they passed on the bill to debt collectors. Not sure how they're running this company but stay far away.
