I can't recommend Sean and his team enough. They took control of our build. When many other contractors avoided the difficult tasks, Kelliher Construction tackled them head-on. Always on time, always within budget - and always delivering high quality workmanship, from complicated steel work, through to really neat carpentry. We could not have done our build without them! Thanks again for all your hard work, it's appreciated.

A true professional and gentleman, a great eye for detail with superb finishing skills. Sean was involved in a total renovated our home, he is a pleasure to work with and is now classed as part of the family. Our home is totally transformed and we cannot thank him enough for all his hard work. We highly recommend Sean Kelliher construction, everywhere we look there is a sprinkle of Sean's magic.

Sean did our loft conversion (2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom) a few months back. He took all the stress out of it and kept us informed every step of the way. Even helped us decide the design, giving us insight and using his knowledge to help make sure that what we ended up in regards to design suited our familys needs. I was very impressed with how careful he was with potential wastage as he used every material to the very last bit to make sure we werent spending money unnecessarily. It seemed like it was as important to him as it was to us that money wasnt wasted unnecessarily. Down to that, he came in thousands of pounds cheaper than the quotes we had and our building control officer would agree that the work, and the quality of the work was second to none. A true professional tradesman. Doesnt cut corners, and above all, I felt like I could trust him. Thank you Sean. I wouldnt use any other Carpenter!
