Really looking forward to the outcome of the rebuild of my Orbea that I have planned with them. I have high confidence that it will meet my expectations that Ive envisaged and spent my hard earned money on.

Serviced bikes returned with gears out of index.
Quoted and paid prices differ (p+p).
Promised a phone call from the manager to discuss complaints after he spoke to the mechanic. No call over a week later, very disappointed and will not be returning.
