        Very poor experience. Being in an unfamiliar area, we phoned the nearest cab firm, Ringo's and quoted 20 over the phone. The driver subsequently tried to charge us 25 and told us if we wanted picking up after 11pm the return journey cost would cost more. We got a different cab firm back (after 11pm) and were charged just 15. Now I know the journey is 5.8 miles, that's reasonable. 25 (or even 20), especially during the day, is massively overcharging. I resent being taken advantage of, which is what I feel has happened here.

        Lied to me on 2 occasions tonight, firstly an time of arrival of 10 to 15 minutes was in fact 47, then tried to charge me 35 when I was quoted 18 on the phone. Stay away!
