On the rare occasion this doctors surgery is brilliant and fast, however for the most part unfortunately theyre not, the phone lines are always busy or your on hold for ages, and even if you do get through you cant book an appointment. For me personally, recently I found a lump, and for the last 3 weeks Ive been desperately trying to get it checked by the doctor here, its worrying and frustrating that I cant have my mind either put to rest or get the appropriate help

Always helpful and understanding staff. I feel very fortunate to be a patient here. No problem speaking to a doctor and seeing someone if necessary. Thank you to all at the health centre and pharmacy for what you do.

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor surgery on every occasion I've had to contact them. Fully aware doctors are pushed to the limit at the moment but that has to be the worst.

Ive been with the surgery for many years and I dont think it can get any worse than what it is now. Unable to get an appointment, not even routine. Keep being told to phone back at 8 am every day and when I do I can never get through as supposedly every other patient would have been told to do the same thing. Due to work commitments, not everyone has time to be sitting by the phone on hold for hours. This is actually a very serious issue as so many people will be suffering when they cant be seen. I completely understand the current situation with the NHS and the huge backlog however there needs to be a system in place where people can book their appointments when and as necessary, not just hope for the best at 8 am every morning. Other local GP surgeries dont seem nowhere near as bad and people can be seen within a reasonable timeframe or at least they are able to book.
