I have found myClubhouse always to be extremely patient and helpful when dealing with queries, especially when first setting up the system and answering what may seem like obvious questions. They are also very responsive to suggestions for improvements. It would be great if there was an App for bookings, but I believe they are working on this. Occasionally the terminology is a bit techy and there are areas that could improved aesthetically but I would HIGHLY recommend them if your club needs a workable flexible website that is fairly easy to navigate, particularly if you are tennis club looking to move away from the unstable Club Spark system.

The facilities provided to our management team, event organisers, officials, staff and volunteers give us the information we need when we need it. The software is so flexible that it continues to meet the ever-changing requirements of our sport.

We are a successful community gym run by volunteers. It has been running in its present premises since 2015 and because of its success the membership records, which were maintained by volunteers and kept on several different spreadsheets, became unmanageable and out of step with the door access system, meaning many members who had stopped paying continued to have access to the gym. The committee had been looking for membership software for some time, but the software aimed at gyms was too expensive. Most gyms are commercial organisations and not run by volunteers. And then in February 2021 we came across myClubhouse. This software is aimed at sports clubs of all shapes and sizes, not just gyms, and suits us perfectly. Its also affordable having a special rate for not-for-profit organisations such as ours, with a transparent pricing structure. Because it tries to cover many different sports it has more features than we need, but it has all of the features we need. When Covid came along we had to institute a booking system to limit numbers in the gym, which isnt a large space. This was also conducted using spreadsheets, emails, texts, phone messages hugely time consuming. Now our members can register online, instead of completing paper forms, and book themselves into their gym sessions. The whole process of collecting monthly subscriptions and following up non-payers has been streamlined. Matthew Shovelton at myClubhouse even worked with us and with the third party provider of our door access system so that members access fobs are automatically linked to their booking, saving us a lengthy daily manual task. This software has transformed the lives of members of the committee, saving time, making the whole process more efficient and ensuring that all parts of the process are in synchronisation. I highly recommend it!

In our spare time we assist in the running of a local waterski club, namely Church Wilne Water Sports Club based in the UK. The MyClubhouse software has been remarkably helpful and allowed us to implement a smooth and efficient operating system which also doubles as our main website. The support from Simmetrics has been excellent and we would have no hesitancy in recommending this company.

The Motor Cycling Club have used MCH for 2 years, and it's perfect for our events where complex classes and varieties of competitors enter, and we have all sorts of membership categories to cater for. A very flexible system where messages can be sent or lists prepared to a huge variety of criteria, and always good support from the family run company that own it, often within minutes of a query being raised. We've gone from a membership database of ~700 to ~2000 in 2 years as we now log everyone's details that's involved with the club at all (marshals, associate members etc), so our ability to communicate with a much bigger pool has proven very useful. To use the full functionality of the site requires some understanding of how a database system works, but many clubs will just keep it simple and that's fine. There are always improvements to make, and they are adopted in reasonable time scales to make it more powerful or easier to use.
