I put up with pain from a fall off my bike for a month. After two visits to Alan and following the exercises I'm pretty much back to normal. Why did I wait so long!

I had been suffering with my neck for quite a while before I made contact with Alan. After a telephone conversation with him, I met him for the first time. We spent time chatting about my pain etc and Alan examined my neck. He told me what the problem was and how he could treat it. After my first treatment I had movement in my neck that I hadnt had for months. After just four sessions I am 99% free of pain that Alan has said he doesnt need to see me anymore but is always in the end of the phone if it starts to hurt again. Not only did he treat my neck, he gave me exercises I can continue to do at home and advice on sleeping and pillows. Highly recommend Alan. Give him a call and discuss your problem.

Been working with Alan at ARC since summer 2020. I am a keen golfer, 64 now, and had intermittent issues with my lower back and right shoulder for some time, meaning I couldn't play as frequently as I wanted to and would have periods where my back locked up and I couldn't play at all. I was due to become Vice Captain and then Captain at my club and needed to do something to be able to play more often and more reliably. Consulted Alan and embarked on a programme of exercise and treatment. Alan's help and advice worked from the start and I while I need to keep up the exercises and avoid being silly with my back, I have had no further instances of my back locking up. I decided to carry on with treatment until now to make sure as best I could that I fulfilled my playing schedule as Captain. That has worked nicely - nearly at the end of my Captain's year and have played all the golf I needed to. I have finished treatment for now, and am looking forward to staying active with the exercise regime Alan taught me. During all this, my wife developed a shoulder impingement. I recommended she consult Alan and a brief period of treatment sorted her out too. I would have no hesitation in consulting Alan again if I need to, and I would recommend him to anyone. He is absolutely professional, and it has seemed to me he is absolutely committed to delivering effective, quality treatment and advice,

I attended ARC Osteopathy with a rotator cuff tear which limited my shoulder movement and was painful. Alan developed a rehabilitation programme and also advised on exercises I could do at home. I am happy to say that my shoulder is so much better and I would highly recommend Alan.

I have been training with heavy weights for well over 15 years and have had shoulder issues on and off for the same amount of time lol. Fair to say it's a major part of my life! However, a few months ago I got to a point where I was no longer enjoying my workouts due to poor mobility in my shoulders and tightness in my pecs. Any sort of press became super uncomfortable and painful. Finally I decided to take some well overdue action and googled a local Osteopath. ARC Osteopath came up. I called up and enquired whether they accepted my private health provider (AXA), which to my delight they do. First session with Alan was an hour and half assessment with treatment. I kid you not, after this first session I felt like a new man. Shoulders were moving loosely and freely like a salsa dancers hips! I have since been having sessions with Alan twice a month. The change in my mobility and strength has been unreal. Lifting feels like a pleasure again rather than a chore. Highly recommended ARC !
