Wallington Osteopaths

I had been experiencing constant pain in the right side of my back when I went to see Lydia at Wallington Osteopaths. She spent time talking through my history and then assessed me. She was able to identify where my pain was and how my body was overcompensating in other places. Lydia manipulated and massaged the painful areas and I am continuing with the exercises that she told me to do regularly and icing my back after rolling a tennis ball on my back in the painful area. Lydia was friendly and very personable, it was a pleasure to meet her and she has helped me a great deal. I will definitely return should I need further help in the future and will recommend Lydia to others. Thank you very much.

Professional and friendly practice... effectively sorted out my back and neck problems. No hesitation in returning for more treatment if I ever needed to.

They helped with my problem, but my single visit wasnt very pleasant. People are very nice and friendly and it looks like they operate in a professional way. On the downside, the treatment bed where I was asked to lie down, was covered with a dirty looking elastic cotton cover, that doesnt get changed in between customers. It was simply disgusting to have to touch it with my bare back, knowing that the previous sweaty, hairy backed, fat bloke soiled it before me. Im not an expert, but a roll of single use hospital parer, cant drive them out of business. This is the single reason that interrupted my treatment at my very first visit and that will never make me go back again, in spite of the fact that they helped my back.
