Sam & the team were invaluable in my recent house sale. At times I had reservations we would get over the line but the team were always upbeat and worked their socks off to get the sale completed on time. An excellent estate agent and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I've thought about how best to sum up our journey and experience with Watson Homes and it's actually quite hard! That's because from the moment we met Alison who viewed the property we were selling, there was warmth, connection and professionalism. I joked that after marketing our home, the next job was for Alison was to find our dream home. And she did! Then we began to work with Hayley too. All the reviews you'll read about this team are spot on. We couldn't have asked for a more caring, organised and professional approach, one that also also guided me through wobbles and worries! Hayley was absoloutely fantastic. Always one step ahead of the game, kind, caring, hardworking, liasing with everyone to drive the sales forward and always had the time to help us with anything. Thanks girls and Watson Homes. You know how much we adore you anyway....!

Watson Homes were on the ball from the beginning of the house sale process to the end. I chose Watson homes as they gave the best presentation of the estate agents that I invited to my house to tender for the business. I certainly made the right decision. They were so efficient. 3 days after choosing them the house had 14 viewings and by the next day I had 7 offers. I particularly liked the walk through video that they produced. The whole team were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kept me up to date with developments throughout.
