        This was our first, and most distressing, experience of our journey navigating our way through this fractured sector of care. Lavender Oaks 'carer' has now finally been charged with Grievous Bodily Harm against our dear mother!! CAMPAIGN FOR CAMERAS IN CAREHOMES!

        What an absolutely lovely place. The manager and her team are fantastic and could not do more for the residents they care for. They should be very proud :-)

        Since November the staff have tried their best to get dad comfortable and to meet his needs . We are very happy here with the room food most carers and generally all the staff. The new manager is very special and does commit herself totally to making the place a very special one for the residents and their families and for the staff .
