It has been roughly 11 months and we are very happy with the new walk-in shower! The old one was leaking and was making a huge mess, so we urgently needed to have it replaced. Dan did an amazing job of working around the existing bathroom to give us everything that we needed for my disabled father. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he worked around our tight budget. Dan was also happy to help us with fitting products for a disabled person. The project took a little over 3 months and we needed drying time to air out the dampness between the shower room and kitchen below, but Dan kindly fitted us into his busy schedule so the work could be done as soon as possible. Dan worked quickly to replace the damp floor with new non slip tiles, installed a new extractor fan, new toilet and shower screen, and even fitted a unit for us. Both bathroom and kitchen were finished with paint and sealant. After a few weeks, we noticed leaking again, and it turns out it was because of some cracks in the wall tiles. Dan came back to sealed them up for us, and since then we havent had any leaks!
