        I've been volunteering here for several months now and I love it. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for many years now, but I've found the time I've spent there enormously rewarding, and that has been incredible for instilling a sense of well being and purpose, as well as bringing me out of me out of my shell and got me socialising. The staff and volunteers are all so friendly, welcoming and encouraging, and you really don't need to know a thing. If you have have any interest in growing food, and have half as little as half a day a week to spare, you should definitely get in touch and come down to help out.
