        Not a good experience . Went to the surgery for the first time, was in a lot of pain. Was prescribed medicine and was told I will get a message when my prescription is sent to pharmacy. Got the text , went to the pharmacy and medicine wasn't there. Called the surgery , they said that due to internal error the medicine could not be sent and will be sent in the next 24 hours after doctor signature. I requested that inspite of pain I am at the pharmacy. Couldn't you request the doctor to sent the prescription, she said will be done in 24 hours. No empathy at all for the patient.

        Superb team! Doctor Carrasco and her team have been looking after my family for years and can't praise them enough. Even during the pandemic uncertain times they continued looking after us after I found a lump which unfortunately ended up being cancer. Their speedy actions when I contacted them have made possible for it to be caught on time and treated. Great follow up... me and my family feel truly supported by her and her team

        We are not happy with the reviews in dealing with patients and they have always try to avoid seeing the patients and refused to take an appointments irrespective of the severity
