Fantastic caring service. I've always really felt that the purpose of the team was to make sure I got the best they could offer me, never that they wanted to sell me things. I couldn't recommend more highly. I've been a complicated patient and they've always dealt extremely fairly with me when adjustments have been needed.

Top Opticians - I am 34 years old and been to many opticians but none as good as Ridlingtons. These guys actually care about your eyes.

I visited this Opticians toady for the first time (first eye test for years and way overdue. Was somewhat nervous!). I was blown away by how nice, friendly and knowledgeable the entire staff were. From my first interaction with the reception staff, my eye test and the receiving of my new glasses, the entire experience was great. I truly felt like they cared about me as a customer and I received great service and advice. Would highly recommended this place to people. Am so glad I picked this place vs one of the larger franchises we are all aware of. Will definitely come back. A big thank you to all members of the Ridlingtons Opticians who helped me today :)
