It is my absolute please to recommend the Mortgage Store services. They secured my first mortgage in record short period of time and worked relentlessly on my switch in 2 years given all the uncertainty and turbulence of my personal visa situation and roller coaster of interest rates in the middle of inflation crises. They were so kind to monitor the rates throughout half a year timeframe and reworked my case 3 times due to my personal circumstances and rate changes. They magically found a 2 weeks opportunity window and secured 0,3% lower rate for me in December as well. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The review will not do any justice. Sophia and the James Weir team are just fantastic. Sophia sourced out fantastic deals and as a first-time buyer with no prior knowledge, she talked me through everything step-by-step. Sophia went above and beyond to get my purchase to go though before Christmas and I cannot thank her enough. Post completion she supported me with arranging all the other bits and bobs - like life insurance - which definitely would've slipped my mind! This home will not be my forever home and I look forward to working with Sophia and the team again.
