Have really gone downhill. Never see the same GP, every one tells me different things, stop the medicine, then the ne t says, no you need to up the medicine , the another says your on the wrong medicine!!! Oh and they forgot to inform me my blood results came back Pre Diabetic.. when called I was told blood results are normal. 6 months later when seeing the nurse she says as your Pre Diabetic you should be doing this and that. I said this is this is the first time I found out!!! Very very poor , even the Nurse was shocked.

My experience overall of the recent health care system has been frustrating. After 2 weeks of discomfort, calls with Drs and a face-face with a pediatric Dr we have finally found a resolution thanks to Dr Patel. It took for me to stand at the Beeches Surgery reception and beg for help for my 17month old Daughter. No face-face was offered, only a call with a Dr, whom prescribed 'talk to a Health Visitor' A pediatric Dr who prescribed a toxic chemical that should never of been applied to a babys skin. Dr Patel came to the rescue.... She instantly diagnosed the condition, she reassured me that we will find a solution, she made me feel like I was doing the right things. And, after less than 12hrs following treatment, I have my baby back!
