The short review is: They were brilliant and I could not recommend them more. Longer review; Merlin replaced my roof, the company owners were friendly and could not have been more helpful with questions. They gave honest options for work and were not ever pushy or eager to upsell. The guys who installed the roof were brilliant, friendly, tidy - a really good laugh to have around and all super nice with my son who was 3 at the time. I could not have been more happy with the work including their attention to detail. Fast forward a few months, I've had the house rendered, the rendering guy broke a few tiles (grrr), I called Merlin hoping to buy some tiles so I could repair the roof while scaffolding was still up for the rendering. Instead Vance and Deb (Owners) sent back the work team to do a repair free of charge.... They didn't do the damage, they had no obligation to help me but they did. I am blown away. This is service, this is how all companies should be - I could not be more impressed with the roof and also the after service. Service: Roof installation
