Great to work with! They gave us a quote within a day of us dropping into their store (on a Saturday, too) and then did the work within a few days. Made our spare bedroom look great!

Very unreliable, 3 times went to shop during working hours and it was closed, managed to speak to owner on the phone who said shop would definitely re-open on Saturday, again drove over there Saturday afternoon and again it was closed. I should have given up there and then but really want a nice stair runner so gave one more chance and they were open, chose a couple I liked, they arranged for samples to be sent and said they would come and measure up, never heard again but really liked the runner so went in again to get the quote, they apologised for not coming to measure up and arranged an afternoon to come and measure up, towards end of afternoon when I hadn't heard anything, I rang to find out if he was coming at all, he then said oh i was held up and would come that eve instead, He eventually came measured up and said he would come back with quote. That was weeks ago and yet again still have not heard anything. Imagine ordering or having a carpet from them and then having a problem, you would never hear from them again. What is the point of having a nice shop with all these runners in window, but not wanting to sell them or give a service!
