My laptop keyboard died (Dell, under 2 years, would you believe) and local shop just said write it off, buy another laptop from me...However, a friend recommended Beeches IT and - guess what? - for a very reasonable fee, the owner, Phil, has completely revamped my computer AND installed a new keyboard. It is absolutely brilliant now, miles faster - just like new!!! Can't recommend these people enough. NOT in it to rip you off, genuine and honest as well as brilliant.

Phil is a very genuine person. I had a HP all in one desktop and its USB 3.0 stopped working. I went to curry's initially where i bought the computer from and they gave me an exorbitant price which i found worthless. I then contacted Phil and he had a look at my computer and found the fault in merely 30 mins. The mother board had a fault. He immediately looked for a mother board and ordered for it after having a chat with me and the computer was done but I still found an issue with the brightness. He with no hesitation agreed to order another motherboard and replaced it free of cost. A true gentleman and a very dedicated person. I only had to part with my computer for 2 occasions and for maximum an hour at each time. The best part I liked about Phil is he is very trustworthy. A true Gentleman and very dedicated.
