Marathon Massage Therapies

Had my first massage with Ruth and it was brilliant. Her home studio setup is lovely and welcoming. As a spin instructor, I've had a lot of massages with different people and a lot of them seem to do what they want, but Ruth really listened to what I needed and focused on those areas of my legs. I'll definitely be using Ruth again to keep my legs fresh! Thanks Ruth, 5 Stars

Ruth has been helping me with a shoulder problem. She listens to what the issue is and makes every effort to ensure the massage is not only working the affected area but also holistic and enjoyable. I have a couple more sessions with Ruth to work on my problem area but would highly recommend Ruth for general massage therapy as well as specific issues.

I very recently received a massage from Ruth and I can say that it was one of the best massages Ive had in a long time. Ruth worked on my back and neck/shoulders extremely intuitively I think. Her technique was brilliant and I was floating for the rest of the day. She really helped break down the knots. As a practicing acupuncturist I can say that Ruth is an extremely professional practitioner who listened to what I had to say! I can highly recommend Ruth!

Had an excellent massage with Ruth today - with a focus on my back and legs. It's taken all the tension out of my shoulders and lower back and loosened up my calves and quads. Ruth is absolutely spot on - back for more in a couple of weeks. :)

I had a great massage with Ruth on Monday. It has really helped me to recover from the Manchester Marathon. my legs and back needed some attention after running my first marathon. The massage helped with the recovery process. Thank you very much!
