Hey Imperium, I dont know if this is a pre-requisite for being your employee, but this afternoon one of your van drivers was quite s#@t at taking a mini-roundabout and a tad bit racist in his road rage fuelled tirade that followed from his reckless manoeuvre (he actually stopped halfway the busy mini-roundabout and rolled down his window to have a friendly chat with me). Im not saying that all your employees driving your company vehicles are like him, but I thought I would flag this up in case you already know who were talking about. Oh, and he also called me a c#nt, which I can live with, because I know I can be a real one sometimes (especially when Im right). But to pick on my foreign accent and imply that being English automatically entitles him to have right of way? Nah, I cant let that slide. Well, I hope you will look further into this matter. My engineers were slightly earlier than they were booked, but rather than showing up on my doorstep, they rang ahead to check that would be ok to start earlier, which it was. The work carried out was neat & tidy, and they talked me through every stage of how to use my new Control 4 system, and really left me feeling like they knew what they were talking about. Since the installation, I've had no issues with any of the works carried out, and can only recommend their services to anyone who's looking to update their home automation system. I wasn't sure which one would fully meet my needs, but with the direction from the consultant at Imperium, I have a system which is both efficient and does exactly what i need it to do.

I have just been verbally abused by one of their drivers. He pulled out in front of me and very nearly hit my car,when I beeped my horn the driver verbally abused me. It was absolutely disgusting the things he said and infront of my young daughter. If this is how they speak to people then I can imagine how they treat customers . They should be ashamed that they have people like that representing their company.
