Instructor Ana abandoned me a week before my driving test for no reason. Avoid this school for any cost and look for a professional and reliable instructor; you should feel progress and confidence in each lesson. This school has none of this.

Shocking place. Husband pre booked and paid for 3 lessons. The instructor never turned up and never heard back from anyone since despite numerous voicemails and emails left. Husband got through one time finally who tried to call the instructor and couldn't get rheough allegedly, but then never even bothered to call him back! Absolutely disgusting service. Not even the decency of a call back or explanation. Happy to keep our money though! Will be going to the ombudsman. Steer clear with a barge pole!

I have mixed feelings about this school. My instructor Ed was amazing!! He was always on time, well prepared and super friendly. He is simply the super star of driving instructors. 6 stars out of 5! I felt like I was spending time with a good friend, who telling me how to drive, with no pressure at all. I passed my test with 2 minors in Morden.I would definitely recommend him as a driving instructor to all my friends. However, the customer service of school has a lot of room for improvement. They made a few mistakes with my payment transactions and never sent me the schedule of my lesson. I had to call them to check and book next sessions (it is not a big deal, but a bit "old fashioned").

My son booked and paid for 10 driving lessons in February and has not received a single lesson. When we finally managed to speak someone, this took 10 days of emails, voicemail messages, social media posts, before we got a response, and the receptionist told me the instructor was no longer available at the times my son required. We put a request in writing as instructed for a refund. Following up on my email a further week later, the receptionist again confirmed the instructor couldnt fulfil the lessons and assured me my emails would be sent to the owner. The owner contacted me on the 14th March asking for my telephone number which I provided and I havent received a single call and no sign of our refund of 340. I am not the only one in this situation with 1st Class Driving School, it didnt take long to find others via social media posts. Please do not part with any money or book lessons with this company. Zero stars if I had the option.
