have been going to this surgery for around 20 years. I have to say that the experience has been good, especially with Dr Hafeez and Dr Aziz. They have supported me and my children well through out the years. My son has had many health issues, so at times, we need to visit them quite often.

I dont really use it that much but I was able to register very easily and got my SMEAR test done by really welcoming nurse and I was able to do it while we were on the second lockdown. They also have sent me messages to let me know that face to face appointments are available since couple of months ago.

I have tried to get medication as prescribed at St Georges from this surgery four times even resorting to writing a personal letter to Dr Hafiz. No Response, even visiting the surgery and making appointments did not work. I give up. I know we're in the midst of a pandemic but two months, really?
