        This is worst even claim services I experienced in my life . After accident, they handed my car to a cheap repairer and told this is 25-30 hours job . There is more than 6 weeks passed not got car back . They make promise to repair the car then say something else after . The car replacement MSL handler they use is another scam , they say they have not got any replacement vehicle available. This is absolutely worst experience I have with this NCS.

        Thieves and liars. They tell you your car is already scrapped and not road worthy. So cant give it back to you. And guess what 2 weeks later same car sold to someone else and still being used daily. It was mercedes vito SJ17FZY.
