Popped over here at the scheduled opening time. I wondered what kind of reaction I would receive if I called them up and asked them when they open. I didnt expect an apology, I was just wanting to see how they react. Things dont always go to plan in life (especially just before school runs ) but the real test how we bounce back and how we treat people around us. The chap who answered my phone call was very genuine and apologetic, and the wonderfully nice, warm, and friendly lady who served me coffee was a pleasure to talk to while I recollected for her some of the steakhouses I have visited in London. I would like to meet both of the people I spoke to again in future if the opportunity arises and genuinely wish them very well in their lives.

Lovely customer service. Very friendly staff. The gentlemen in sassis gave me a free slush for my child after i dropped the first one. Lovely cafe.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan and gluten free options which are all good. Full range of plant based milks.
