I joined the beginners class in Carshalton on Tuesday evenings. Its great fun and very challenging which I love. I have lots of bruises to show for it but its well worth it However they dont tell you that theres five poles but up to 10 people in the class which means you pay for an hour but only spend half the time practicing. There is sometimes advanced people in the beginners class meaning they get a pole to themselves and also the instructor often is going back and forth between the beginners and the advanced people so it can leave us beginners a little lost trying to figure out what to do which isnt very fair. Not sure I will be staying long term at this place as I feel due to these reasons its not worth the money which is shame as its local and fits into my schedule perfectly.

Been going here for 5/6 years now all the instructors are lovely and so helpful I highly recommend learning pole, hoop ,silks etc here.
