Just spoken to ella at carnforth absolutely brilliant she solved an issue for my george i actually feel like crying with relief, burch trees no.1 vets yet again x

Taking our 19 year old dog to be put to sleep last week we were met with the most unsympathetic owner who just said lets get the job done while we are heartbroken and clearly upset. He also made some other nasty comments about the dog ( baring in mind she was 19 so her skin had got rather bad) but he made us feel more upset and had no compassion at all in what was already a difficult time for us.
